Hi, I’m Nate Carver.  I help homebuyers and homeowners navigate financing with a steady hand, clear communication, and a strategy that fits their real-life goals. I’m licensed in Texas, Florida and Alabama, and I love partnering with great Realtors to help their clients get confidently preapproved and smoothly to the closing table.
I’m also a proud U.S. Army Veteran (Captain) and Bronze Star recipient. Service shaped how I work: show up early, communicate clearly, and take care of people.
I grew up in Sherman, Texas and Pensacola, Florida. Growing up I was actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America and earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
