Job Description
Currently looking for an experienced Field Marketing Specialist to fill a part time opening with a rapidly growing healthcare company in the North Texas area. Interested candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Marketing, Marketing Strategy and Social Media Marketing. This Field Marketing position will focus on our Melissa and Princeton clinics.
Responsibilities of the Field Marketing Representative
  • Strategically identify and execute customer interactions, marketing programs/festivals, online/social media outreach, collaborate on customer facing events, and drive customer acquisition results.
  • Research customer opportunities for the Melissa and Princeton areas.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with our current community partners.
  • Generate ideas for customer-facing marketing events to increase patient traffic.
  • Understand and evangelize the Community Med clinical offerings.
  • Spend time in the field to discover new opportunities for us.
  • Participate and attend events as a representative of our company -- complete with setting up our booth space, engaging with event attendees and tearing down after the event.
  • Roll out new processes, procedures and systems that are dictated by the corporate offices.
  • Perform all other Marketing duties as assigned.
Requirements of the Field Marketing Representative
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Marketing Communications, Marketing, Marketing Strategy and Social Media Marketing experience
  • Passion for building a business, and the healthcare industry; past experience a bonus
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills
  • Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Hard working, self-motivated and ability to problem solve and execute quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting
  • Reliable and flexible to work some nights, weekends and local travel as needed
